Every meal should be an opportunity to take-in something amazing for your body. This super-quick smoothie is so fresh tasting and is jammed with AWESOME. Kiddos get a yummers belly full of goodness too!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup goat’s milk kefir
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon sprouted flaxseed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients. Purée on high until smooth.

Pretty. Dang. Simple.
