My husband is a maniac about tacos – which actually worked out really well with the kids because they EAT THEM – lettuce, salsa, meat, and GUAC! It’s an amazing way to get a lot of nutrition into them. 

I LOVE avocado anything – but guacamole can just GET IN MY MOUTH… am I right?

Ingredients
  • 3 medium avocados, skin and cores removed

    1 medium tomato, chopped

    1 jalepeno chopped finely (to taste)

    1 tsp lime juice (or to taste)

    1/4 tsp sea salt

    OPTIONAL: Thinly chopped fresh cilantro to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and smash thoroughly. Enjoy immediately:)

(When storing – make sure you cover it to reduce the amount of oxygen it comes in contact with.)
