My favourite thing in the world is finding healthy sweet treats – because we all love them and we can feel pretty guilty if a binge-spree happens on sub-par 3 o’clock snacks. So! The best defense is offense in this case! Healthy? Check. Delish? Ummm yessssa.

Ingredients

  • 250 g fat free cottage cheese

    1⁄2 cup low fat chocolate milk

    4 scoops chocolate protein powder

    5 heaping tablespoons organic peanut butter

Oven 350 F.

Blend cottage cheese and low fat chocolate milk until smooth in a blender. Remove and pop into a bowl. Mix in the protein powder well. Lastly, slowly add in the PB and blend until creamy.

Pop the mix into a 4-inch ramekin and place the ramekin into deep oven pan. Fill the oven pan with enough water to cover halfway up the ramekin.

Bake for 40-60 minutes – should be slightly firm to the touch.

Let it cool for several hours then place it in the fridge over night. Yummy cold or at room temperature.
