This is something new – it can be a little scary, a little unknown, and you can feel a little unsure. 

And all of that is ok. It wouldn’t be worth it if it was simply the same old thing. Building a body for freedom? It’s better done with friends.

 

How it Works

Flat Monthly Membership

Your monthly payment covers all your sessions PLUS an initial assessment AND ongoing nutrition and wellness consultations. You’re encouraged to stay for at least 3 months, but you’re never locked in!

Access to 8 Monthly Sessions

Session times are pre-scheduled to Tuesday and Thursday 9:45am*. Holidays may be re-scheduled. Come as you can! Get to know people and develop friendships!

*Additional times added when group exceeds max participants. 

Workout from Home

You’ll be guided step by step how to design your body for physical and mental freedom. All you need is a computer and a few pieces of equipment. (All levels are welcome.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to go to a gym?

Nope! We come together on a zoom call where you can have a great session right at home. I’ll teach you exactly how to experience each exercise and guide you on the minimal equipment you’ll need to have an amazing time!

Do I have to be tech-savvy?

All you need is a computer, tablet, or phone (with a tripod!) and access to the internet. Our calls are done over zoom, so if you are not familiar with clicking on the link on your computer or getting the app for your tablet or phone, we hop on a quick call to help you through it!

What if my body is often in a lot of pain?

II specialize in Corrective Exercise – which means many of the exercises you’ll move through are based in physiotherapy. We never ‘just push through‘, but adjust and help you heal and understand best practices to help your body move better and healthier.

What if I'm nervous about training? What if I don't like it or can't do it?

First, I’m happy you’re here. If we don’t already know each other, I’m excited to get to know you. I also believe that when someone genuinely has your best interest at heart, nervousness goes away quickly. The truth is, you may not like it. This may be something you’ve put off for a while and it may feel really hard. You may think you can’t do it and you may listen to the voice telling you you won’t have time, or be able to figure out the computer, or that you’ll just hold everyone back. There will be some learning and some reimagining to do. 

But none of those things matter more than your body’s need (requirement) to remain strong. The alternative is just not something you can afford. So if you can give it a chance – and trust in yourself as much as I do – one day you’ll look back and be incredibly happy you didn’t give into fear. 

 

About Me

I truly love and appreciate the experience of a life lived as a woman.

And I think the bumps and bruises left along the way deserve attention. Mine and yours

I know it can be tricky to figure out what to do. Where to place your time and energy. 

I’ve made some mistakes that cost me and left my body in a lot of pain. 

Now? I work with methods that are truly game-changing. My approach has evolved.

It’s been fostered through both lived-experience and incredible mentorships from some of the best in the world. I traded in the all-or-nothing mentality and adopted a deeply healing and empowered way of coaching women to move, build strength, and understand not only what their bodies are capable of, but why it’s so valuable to start now and never stop moving in ways that feel safe, supported, and strong.

The relationships I build with clients turn to life-long friendships that bring me such a sense of pure joy. There are a lot of things we need to let go to feel lighter, and I can’t wait to help you discover them.
