I find slowly transitioning my kids to healthier options using familiar ingredients and ideas is the easiest way to get them interested in trying new things..
And alas.. the word pizza is held with the utmost regard over here. So I say give this one a try! Use your own discretion about whether or not you call it ‘pizza’ because in the end, it isn’t what your kids will typically expect as pizza – but it sure does taste like it!
