Why We Want You

I've been training women for 14 years. When I became a mom, everything changed. I was horrified that the fitness industry was so oblivious to the real needs of moms (exactly how to train properly after having a child) and the wants (exactly how to train with a toddler on your face and an excruciatingly little time or energy).

I'd never felt so stuck - misunderstanding my body, unable to get to a gym, hurting in all sorts of weird places, and feeling like I would never feel powerful and whole again.

I had to come out of MY comfort zone - start to fight against mentors and experts I'd listened to my entire career about training. Start to tell them they are WRONG. That they are hurting women's bodies by training them incorrectly, that the media and the messages about mom's bodies and how to recover are simply not helping real moms feel GOOD again.

Then I started listening to you.. And I want you here because it matters to me that you have proper training, that you know and experience WHY we do things, that you can talk to us and get answers, that you take action on feeling great instead of getting overwhelmed, and that you have a safe and expertly curated space to just be YOU mom.
